Conditions The Client is granted sole ownership of new customer designs, pages and content. WebEIT shall retain sole ownership of any copyright pertaining to said designs, illustrations, copy, HTML scripts, and other art works, excluding company logos, and excluding registered trade or service marks and art work whose copyright is otherwise held or transferred. WebEIT may transfer, assign, permit others to copy, or reproduce said designs. WebEIT reserves all rights, and the Client agrees to permit; posting, editing, assignment, or the removal of copyright information, credits or links to WebEIT. Client agrees not to remove any references to copyright, credits, or links, to WebEIT. Client agrees the designs may not be assigned without the express prior written consent of WebEIT. Client assumes responsibility for and affirms that they are the owner of, or authorized user of any copyrights and trademarks furnished for use in said designs. Client agrees to defend and hold harmless WebEIT, from all claims, actions, damages, losses or judgments arising from the use of said trade, service, marks, or names. Client agrees to defend and hold harmless WebEIT, for any and all damages, claims, or actions arising from the use of said designs in situations beyond their control, or from Client provided information, or that do not meet the requirements of state or federal laws including laws prohibiting fraudulent, false, deceptive or misleading advertising, or other illegal activity, along with any court costs, attorney fees, and / or other expenses incurred. Nothing in this or any other document or material supplied by WebEIT shall limit or infringe on any other rights guaranteed by state or federal law.
